By 2006 Mark luzzolino and Cy Hart learned the challenges of fulfillment and marketing first hand. They gained extensive knowledge around the complex environment of the industry and how to support client growth. Their experiences led to the creation of Vision Promotions; soon thereafter, they would be fulfilling rewards for more than 30,000 customers a month for their clients.
Vision’s goal was to reduce customer tension and dissatisfaction by providing better customer and fulfillment services. They built robust rewards programs, added advanced IT capabilities, staffed and managed a responsive customer service call center, and designed easy-to-use web tools. Their mission was to gain client trust with a transparent workflow and personalized attention aligned with their client’s budgetary parameters.
They quickly grew into Elite Fulfillment Group by carrying on those same principles and beliefs where the customer experience and the client’s needs are priority number one.
As services and capabilities continued to improve, their team felt the need to rebrand the company. The former name was restrictive and not inclusive of all of the agency’s expertise, including strategic, branding, and marketing development. Hence, they created Trencent to ensure that clients and prospects understand the agency’s full scope and value proposition.
Today, Trencent focuses on the unique needs of its clients first. They listen to their challenges, strategize, and then execute a customized plan to meet those needs. They go beyond fulfillment. Understanding their client's businesses holistically allows them to develop the right tools at the correct scale and for the right costs and with a white glove service-oriented approach to our customers needs.
